  • Data Acquisition Modules

    Advantech's data acquisition remote I/O and ethernet I/O modules, including repeaters, converters, and RS-485-based and Ethernet-based remote I/O data acquisition modules, provide ideal industrial automation, control, and measurement solutions for harsh environments and demanding applications. With wide operating temperature ranges and multiple mounting methods, Advantech's ADAM series, such as RS-485-based and ethernet I/O, can be implemented in diverse applications.     • ADAM-4011

      Analog input modules use a microprocessor-controlled integrating A/D converter to convert sensor voltage, current, thermocouple, or RTD signals into digital data. The digital data is then translated into either engineering units, twos complement hexadecimal format or percentage of full-scale range (FSR)according to the module ’s configuration. When prompted by the host computer, the data is sent through a standard RS-485 interface. The Analog Input Modules offer signal conditioning, A/D conversion, ranging, and RS-485 digital communication functions. They protect your equipment from ground loops and power surges by providing opto-isolation of the A/D input and transformer based isolation up to 3000 V DC . (ADAM-4011 has transformer-based isolation up to 500 V DC )
    • ADAM-4012

      The ADAM-4018+ is a 16-bit, 8-channel analog input module that provides programmable input ranges on all channels.     • ADAM-4019+

      ADAM-4019+ is an 8-channel Universal Analog Input Module. The new module improves over its predecessor ADAM-4019 with a 4~20 mA input range, and a burnout detection function. Its mixed input range design supports individual configuration for each channel to save costs and space in applications. The other frequently used input ranges include +/-10V, mV, and thermocouple, which are all well-integrated in this model. It also supports burnout detection so that any sensor failures can be detected in advance. For easier control, ADAM-4019+ provides not only ADAM ASCII commands, but also the Modbus/RTU protocol for satisfying different application demands.
    • ADAM-4022T

      The ADAM-4022T dual loop PID controller is a Serial-based controller. It was designed as the product of Advantech’s ADAM-4000 series with Serial based PID controller. With an excellent accuracy ±0.15%, the ADAM-4022T is an ideal controller for temperature and other processing variable in heating and cooling applications and environmental tests. ADAM-4022T utility software can help you select input and range configurations, set the operating parameter (SP, Sv, Pv ….. etc) for your process control needed. ADAM-4022T utility software also integrates the trend chart to help you monitor and debug your control setting. ADAM-4022T was designed to use in industrial environment. It can be installed on the standard DIN rail inside the cabinet. And it can be powered by unregulated 10~30Vdc to meet the various power supplied source in field. It also withstands ambient temperature up to 60 o C and resists the effects of vibration and mechanical shock.
    • ADAM-4024

      ADAM-4024 provides 4 universal type output channels. Moreover, it is designed with 4 Digital inputs for integrating applications, such as emergency latch outputs or users default triggers. It uses optical isolators to prevent ground loop effects and limits damages from power surges. You can specify slew rates and startup currents.
    • ADAM-4051

      The ADAM-4051 is a 16-ch. Digital Input Module, built with 2500 VDC optical isolation, suitable for critical applications. Different from other modules, the ADAM-4051 accepts 10~50V input voltage to fit various digital signals, such as 12 VDC, 24 VDC, 48 VDC. Moreover, users can read the current status from the LED indications on the front panel.
    • ADAM-4055

      The ADAM-4055 offers 8-ch. isolated digital inputs and 8-ch. isolated digital outputs for critical applications. The inputs accept 10~50 V voltage, and the outputs supply 5~40 VDC open collector. Considered to be user-friendly. The ADAM-4055 is also built with LED indicator for easy status reading.

      ADAM-4069 is designed for on/off control in high-voltage applications. The major feature of ADAM-4069 is its power relay rating at 240 V AC and 5 A.     • ADAM-4521

      The ADAM-4521 is an intelligent RS-422/485 to RS-232 converter specifically designed to connect RS-422/485 devices to an RS-232 network. RS-232 is the most common transmission standard. Although widely available on most computer systems, measurement equipment, PLCs, and industrial devices, its transmission speed, communication distance, and especially networking capability are limited due to unbalanced transmission. The ADAM-4521 addressable converter solves this problem and lets you easily build up an RS-485 network with your RS-232 devices by assigning each one an address for easier communication.
